<p>Download the authorization form needed to allow a third party to perform the following operations on your behalf:</p><ul><li>Registration and/or personalization of your BARIK card.</li><li>Request to obtain a personalized BARIK card.</li><li>Download and/or unregister your BARIK card.</li><li>Transfer your BARIK card balance.</li></ul><p>This form must be completed, signed and delivered together with the required documentation</p>

Persons who own annual securities with a maturity of 31/08/2022 may apply for reimbursement of the transport discount through the form below. Payment shall be made via bank transfer.
